The petitioners want to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 23.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27854 of 2015 on the ground that they are suffering in custody since 18.04.2015 and 22.04.2015 and up till now, there is no progress in the trial and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering that the petitioners brutally assaulted, Gokhul Kumar, the son of the informant causing his death and, as such, finding no

Case No. 202 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. However, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioners may be at liberty to renew their prayer of bail.
