This application has been filed for review/modification of the judgment and order dated 26.11.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in M.A. No.70 of 2024, whereby the aforesaid M.A. has been disposed of with a direction to the appellant/petitioner as well as the opposite party to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum and on filing of such an application, the court below was directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. By the aforesaid order, liberty was also granted that both the parties may also file a joint petition under section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act

Patna High Court C. REV. No.19 of 2025(7) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 for divorce on mutual consent and if such a petition is filed, the learned Principle Judge will decide the same at the earliest in accordance with law.

Upon perusal of the impugned order and on going through the records of the case, we are of the view that no case for review is made out. Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed.
