In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 620 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The Police, on secret information, raided the house of the petitioner and from his house within the boundary wall 10 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor having quantity of 375 ml and 5 bottles of Royal Stag having quantity of 375 ml inside in a bag has been recovered.

The petitioner has criminal history.

Looking to the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him and accordingly his prayer for
