Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even as this Court had directed the petitioner to make available a sum of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) to his wife by way of a cheque or demand draft, he has got instruction to say that the petitioner is paying the maintenance amount to his wife though, there has been some default recently during the Corona period.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner shall comply with the order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Maintenance Case no. 256 of 2012 by the learned Principal Judge, Family

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.139 of 2021(3) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 Court, Siwan and he would not proceed with this case. Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State is present.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Siwan shall proceed to execute the impugned order as expeditiously as possible.

Certified copy of this order shall be made available only after removal of the defects.
