The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.2.2020 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.7694 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail once charge is framed. It is submitted that charge has been framed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIcum-Special Judge on 4.12.2020. The petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16968 of 2021(2) dt.26-08-2021 2/2 since 14.11.2019 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the period in custody, the liberty granted by the aforesaid order dated 18.2.2020 and charge having been framed in the learned trial court, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.119 of 2020 (arising out of Belhar P.S. Case no.217 of 2019) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka.
