10.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 26.05.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No. 23 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 21.01.2015 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, East Champaran at Motihari, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Tr. No. 914 of 2014 arising out of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014.

In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner who may endanger his life.

The Application stands dismissed.

The Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board,

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.582 of 2015 (5) dt.10-12-2015 East Champaran at Motihari is directed to expedite the enquiry and conclude the same positively within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for prompt production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari, and the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
