2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S Case No. 957 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with 10-12 accused persons have committed dacoity in the informant's house and looted gold jewelry, cash and several other essentials.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of the suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from the house of

Petitioner has been implicated in this case after about nine months of alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 29.08.2024 having eight criminal antecedents.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 06.01.2025, it appears that petitioner has been implicated in this case after eight months of occurrence of the alleged crime and moreover, no TIP has been conducted as yet and petitioner's name has been figured on suspicion and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S Case No. 957 of 2023 (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Sunnykr/- U
