The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kudra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 registered under section 498A, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The wife made allegation that she was married with the petitioner in the year 2004 but thereafter her husband and other family members subjected her to physical torture for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. She further alleged that one day her husband took her to market and tried to force her to establish sexual relation with his friend Surendra Gupta.. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is still living with the petitioner and she has got seven years child. The case has already been compromised.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32845 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 Annexure-2 is the compromise petitioner. Surendra Gupta has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30141 of 2014.

Considering the fact that the husband and wife has compromised the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Kaimur at Bhabua in Kudra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
