The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular in a case registered under sections 304B, 498A, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegations in the F.I.R., the daughter of the informant was married to the brother of the petitioner herein. It is stated that for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry to the effect of a motorcycle, the accused persons killed her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. The petitioner who is a lady has been falsely implicated in the case because of her relationship. She is

The mother-in-law of the deceased and mother of the petitioner herein has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 2.6.2020 (Annexure-2). The petitioner is in custody since 21.9.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, general and omnibus allegations against her, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 10 months and investigation in the case having concluded, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case no. 377 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya.
