Counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2016 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 182/2012 registered under Sections 366A, 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and he has been made victim of local village politics.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant, however, submits that petitioner is specifically named in the F.I.R. as being the main person who had kidnapped the victim girl, who is minor. In the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the victim girl has named the present petitioner.
