Mr.Subash Chandra Yadav (Gp15) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- (A) For setting aside the order dated 19-122019 passed by learned Sub Judge-V, Siwan in Title Suit No. 594/19 whereby and whereunder an application filed on behalf of the plaintiffs/ petitioners on 24-06-2019 under order 39 Rule 1 of the C.P.C. has been rejected.
(B) For a direction to the Defendant/respondent Circle Officer, Ziradei, Siwan not to disturb the plaintiffs/ petitioners in their peaceful possession over the suit land in question.
(C) For a direction to the Circle Officer, Ziradei, Siwan not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners to dispossess them from the land in question and further not to demolish the residential
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.256 of 2020(2) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 houses of the petitioners in which they are residing as the petitioners are poor persons and they have not made any encroachment.
(D) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners may be found entitled in the eye of law for the ends of justice."
