ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-09-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to give a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 3 ventilating his grievance and the Respondent No. 3 may be directed to consider the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 3 has stated that they have no objection if the petitioner gives a representation and the direction is given to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2185 of 2024(5) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 Respondent No. 3 to consider the same in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation along with necessary documents to the Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent No. 3 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. In case the Respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, he shall make necessary arrangements for making the payments. In case the Respondent No. 3 takes a contrary view shall give the reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
