"(A) For quashing the order dated 02/02/2017 passed by the Additional Member of Board of Revenue, Bihar in Revision (Land Ceiling Surplus) Case No. 114 & 115 of 2002, whereby and whereunder the said revision application which were earlier allowed vide order dated 07/07/2004, have been dismissed.
(B) For restoration of the previous order dated 07.07.2004 passed in Revision (Land Ceiling Surplus) Case No. 114 and 115 of 2002 in pursuant to which necessary correction have been already carried out vide notification dated 20.08.2005
