Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party has submitted that in compliance of the direction issued by this Court, the opposite parties have taken steps for compliance of the direction and he has filed a supplementary show cause.

From perusal of the supplementary show cause, it appears that the order of this Court has substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the present application is

Patna High Court MJC No.5283 of 2018(7) dt.10-03-2021 3/3 disposed of. The present proceeding is dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if he has any grievance as to the calculation or in case any of the grievance of the petitioner has not been appropriately redressed, the petitioner may approach the appropriate authority by filing representation which shall be addressed by reasoned speaking order at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. In view of the aforesaid, both the applications stand disposed of.
