2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a well.

4. The petitioner and others are suspected to have killed the deceased.

5. There is no material against the petitioner to connect him with the crime except for suspicion and he is in jail since 22.11.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, 1st, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
