2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ander P.S.Case No. 143 of 2021.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was fixing bamboo, the accused persons including the petitioner came there and they assaulted his wife with dab on his head.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The FIR has been lodged after six days of the occurrence.
5. On the other hand, learned APP has submitted that Gyanti Devi, who is the wife of the informant, has sustained grievous injury.

6. There is specific allegation against the petitioner to give dab blow upon the wife of the informant, as a result of which, she sustained grievous injury.
7. Considering the fact that the petitioner is said to have given dab blow, as a result of which, the informant's wife sustained grievous injury. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected.
8. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day, on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
