2. Pursuant to the last order dated 23.02.2024, the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Aurangabad namely, Mr. Bhola Kumar Karn (opposite party no. 7) is present.
3. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 7
Patna High Court MJC No.248 of 2019(4) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 has been brought on record by which the memo no. 87 dated 04.03.2024 has been issued by the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Aurangabad negating the claim of the petitioner.
4. In that background, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to challenge the same.
