The petitioner is accused in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, registered under Section 304B/498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 19.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 57639 of 2015. Further submission is that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Moreover, the husband of the deceased has surrendered before the trial Court on 28.03.2016 and since then he is in custody. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 11.04.2015.

Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015.
