JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 647 of 2019, arising out of Panapur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A/34 and later on Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act were added.
Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it appears that initially case was registered under Sections 498A, 307 and other sections of IPC and after death of deceased Section 304B IPC was added.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is father-in-law and no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is in custody for more than five months and husband of the deceased is in custody and he is

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-XI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sessions Trial No.647 of 2019, arising out of Panapur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial.
