2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(9) of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner was found indulged in celebratory firing in order to create fear among the people.

4. It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. No one has sustained any fire arm injuries.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

No.7910 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific and direct accusation that he was found indulged in celebratory firing. It is further submitted that petitioner has also got four criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
