In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 246/2016 arising from Bihpur P.S. Case No. 312 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 363, 366A, 504, 506, 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) (xi) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

Allegation has been made of kidnapping the victim girl for the purposes of marriage. The statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that the girl of her own volition, had gone along with the petitioner.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his

No.21422 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with S.Tr. No. 246/2016 arising from Bihpur P.S. Case No. 312 of 2015.
