2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sadar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 743 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120b, 420, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the victim was recovered and the petitioners and others are

4. During investigation, no material has come to connect the petitioners with the crime except for suspicion.

5. The petitioners are in custody since 4.10.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, these applications are allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 743 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioners.
