2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, these two petitioners have allegedly fired but no one has sustained any firearm injury.
4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely implicated in this case. Allegation of firing against these two petitioners is general and omnibus. Moreover, there is no injury report on record. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.
6. Considering the facts of the case, clean antecedent of the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.
