2. The present contempt petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16342 of 2022 by which the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna was directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.

3. A show caused on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna is on record and paragraphs 8 to 10 read as follows:- "8. That in view of the aforesaid facts the District Land Acquisition officer, Patna has passed order dated-20.07.2023 whereby the

Patna High Court MJC No.334 of 2024(3) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 application of the petitioner along with the Collector statement has been referred to the Learned Court of the Presiding officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority (LARRA), u/s-64 & 65 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

9. That the deponent state and submit that the award amount of Rs.-2,33,210.00 with regard to the 0.10 acre of land has also been sent vide cheque no-563557, dated-20.07.2023 to be deposited before the Learned Court;

10. That in view of the aforesaid facts the order dated-16.05.2023 passed in CWJC No-16342 of 2022 has been complied and the application of the petitioner has been disposed."

4. In that background, this Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

5. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
