The petitioner seeks bail in Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father of Saroj Sah. The informant named the petitioner on suspicion that Saroj Sah and others kidnapped his minor daughter. Except suspicion, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pakarideyal P.S.
