In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla) P.S. Case No. 422 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 313, 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989.

The allegation has been made against the petitioner that he used to commit rape upon her intermittently and so much so that he went to her Sasural on account of illicit relation with her.

The Counsel for the petitioner submits that both are

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Suman Kumar Poddar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla) P.S.
