1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the Writ petition several developments have taken place. Therefore, he seeks liberty to file a fresh application before respondent No. 2 who in turn, shall pass appropriate order.

3. The Learned counsel for the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.9891 of 2017(4) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 stated that he has no objections.

4. Therefore, without going into merits or demerits of this case, this Court directs the petitioner to file a representation bringing all the developments on record before the respondent No. 2, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In turn, the respondent No. 2 shall consider the matter on merits, along with all the relevant documents submitted by the petitioner and shall pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. It is needless to state that before passing any order, the respondent No. 2 shall give an opportunity in accordance with the principle of Audi Alteram Partem.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
