JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner being Panchayat Secretary was robbed Rs. 3,20,000/- which was withdrawn from the State Bank of India, Samastipur Branch with Social Security Pension Scheme. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation when the mobile location of the petitioner was found near the place of occurrence.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in four other cases.
Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Angarghat P.S.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23201 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 Case No. 91 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
