Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant came to know about the name of petitioner from villagers whose names were not disclosed by the informant. Moreover, in the present case, no one has sustained any injury and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Wazirganj P.S. Case no. 409/2014.
