The informant could not identify the culprit and later on he came to know about the name of culprit on the basis of conversation of the culprit and subsequently the villagers told the name of petitioner. No doubt the petitioner has criminal antecedent of some cases but admittedly he is in jail custody since 02.04.2015 and after remand he has not been put on T.I.P. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Prabhat Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Sitamarhi in Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015.
