The petitioners are in custody since 26.02.2016 in connection with Khudawandpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have been named in the first information report, the allegation against them is that they had taken the deceased from his house; thereafter, one Anjani Singh and Ranjit Singh are said

It is further submitted that the present petitioners have been roped in the present case on account of local village politics and also because the petitioner no. 1 had lodged a case against the informant for having assaulted him and his family members.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjauli, Begusarai in connection with Khudawandpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016.
