JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 353, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the several accused persons, including the petitioner of attacking the informant and other staff of the Primary Health Centre and assaulting them and also destroying the Government property.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 60375 of 2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
