Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1274 of 2018 arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 346 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, 500 bottles of Biorough cough syrup each containing 100 ml was seized which is allegedly used as alternative of liquor.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody 04.01.2019 and co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6135 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 Kailash Paswan has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Spl. Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 1274 of 2018 arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 346 of 2018.
