In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 452, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that the petitioner has fired from the gun upon the informant, but he could save his life as the iron gate came in between and hit the iron gate and ultimately the injury was received by the informant. Further attempt was made by Nandu Mahto which hit right index finger by the fire arms. The cause of incident is the political rivalry with respect to the election of Mukhiya.

No.21476 of 2016 (5) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 As per the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was carrying 19 cases over his head but at present he is facing the criminal trial of 10 cases as he has been acquitted in 09 cases. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial.
