2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act was added on 22.08.2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has shot at the victim causing fire arm injury. Petitioner has four criminal antecedents and he is in jail since 22.08.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no fire arm injury has been found.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner has shot at the victim causing gun shot injury and considering the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9033 of 2024(4) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
