The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Sajid and in pursuance thereof the looted motor cycle was recovered from the house of Sufyan and a black colour carbon mobile was recovered from the shirt of this petitioner but the petitioner was not put in T. I. Parade. Other co-accused namely, Sufyan @ Sufiyan has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34947 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case No. 191 of 2015.
