The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S.Case No.86 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of one country-made pistol and two cartridges from the petitioner no.1 and the petitioner no.2 is named in the FIR. They are accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and now they are in custody since 15.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
