====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that these petitioners assaulted the brother and the son of the informant by means of iron rod and knife, on account of which, they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dispute with regard to drainage of water. Further submission is that the injuries allegedly caused by

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
