The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No. 167 of 2018 dated 22.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have abused and assaulted the informant. The F.I.R. itself indicates that there is a pre-existing land dispute between the parties. Regard being had to the general nature of accusation against the petitioner and also taking into account his clean antecedents, the petitioner, above-named, is

No.10505 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
