The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The driver of the informant disclosed that one Md. Sahid @ Babua and three other persons committed robbery of Rs. 3 lacs. Md. Sahid @ Babua, on social pressure, has agreed to return the money. He disclosed the name of petitioner and other accused persons.

It is submitted that the petitioner has surrendered before the court below on 23.05.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade and except the extra judicial confession of Md. Sahid @ Babua there is no tangible evidence.
