The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 395 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The witnesses disclosed that they can identify the accused persons. The petitioner is in jail since 08.08.2014 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Similarly situated co-accused Raju Singh and Prabhu Pahalwan @ Prabhu Yadav have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32423 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar (Baijnath O.P.) P.S. Case No. 344 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 101 of 2015.
