The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4437 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries sustained by both the parties. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
