Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had come before this Court for revocation of his suspension which was done by the authority without having any power to do so. He further submits that now his suspension stands revoked as so far as this writ petition is concerned, it has become infructuous. However, he may be given liberty to act against the particular individual, if the petitioner so desire, in view of the fact that the official was not having the authority to suspend him.
