2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable u/ss 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, police apprehended the petitioners on the spot and two motorcycles without number plate were recovered from their possession. Later on, two more motorcycles without number plate were recovered from the possession of the co-accused Siva Yadav and Fulchand Yadav.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11208 of 2024(3) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner no. 1 is the father of the petitioner no. 2. The petitioners are in custody since 26.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of their custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
