The petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 24.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during trial of father of petitioner the informant has not supported the accusation. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 51
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32912 of 2014 (3) dt.23-01-2015 2 / 2 of 2012, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi.
Hence the application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after examination of the informant.
