The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That instant writ application invoking extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding upon the respondents to grant second and third Assured Career Progression (Promotion) under ACP Rules 2003 and MACP Scheme introduced by the Government of Bihar vide Finance Department's Resolution No. 7566 dated 14.07.2010." 2.
The learned counsel for the parties agree that now the petitioner is not entitled for grant of second ACP in view of the fact that he has already been granted the benefit of first ACP
Patna High Court CWJC No.9124 of 2016(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 with effect from 04.10.2011, whereafter, he has stood retired w.e.f. 28.02.2015, without completing the requisite qualifying service, required for grant of 2nd ACP. Thus, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition be disposed off.
