2. The accused/petitioners are named in the FIR and apprehending their arrest in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No.121 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354-B, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is to outrage the modesty of informant while she was returning to her home along with her son along with other co-accused persons. It is further alleged that during the course of occurrence, the accused/petitioners threatened to informant and her son to

4. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

It appears from the submission as raised by learned counsel for the petitioners and also by taking note of contention as raised through petition along with its annexures that the parties are in litigating terms, where allegation of threat and outraging the modesty is appearing very much general and omnibus from the face of FIR itself, accordingly, all the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No.121 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC.
