2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(A)(b)(C) and 67(a) of I.T. Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner and co-accused Manish took photos of daughter of the informant and after editing those photographs with filthy manners, the petitioner made it viral on Facebook and other social media platforms.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the Facebook ID, Mobile or SIM which is used to make viral the

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that from perusal of the case diary, it appears that the allegation of posting the edited photographs of daughter of the informant is against the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege for anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.
