The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 872/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2018 pending in the learned court below.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6706 of 2023(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
