It is alleged that petitioner along with some others assaulted the injured Dinesh Yadav and Umesh Yadav and admittedly, co-accused Gayanand Yadav, against whom there is similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Moreover, both the above stated injured received simple injury.
